HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION
The intent of the association is to provide all the necessary amenities for a well-developed community such as 24 hour security, maintenance for landscape areas and variety of other projections.
Decisions in regards to any enhancement to the community will be determined by the homeowners association committee members. We welcome and will review any suggestions or recommendations that are beneficial to the Villas La Jolla Community.
